WOL has a Board Of Directors, the Advisory Board and the Management Team.
The Executive Director oversees the entire operation of the WOL and its programs. The executive director has the direct reports:
1. Manager of Food Programs
2. Office Assistant
3. Manager of Property and Logistics
4. Development Manager - Fundraising
5. Manager of Program Development and Fundraising, with 1 direct report 6. Coordinator of Youth Programs
